After arriving on the first day and being embraced so
quickly, I was yet to find out
what would come the next day. 6AM - that's what came. We all rose and were in the
chapel for morning service.
Breakfast was pancakes, Mango, watermelon, and the sweetest pineapple you've ever had.
Orientation and a tour of the entire 2 1/2 acres. The smaller kids were in school while
the older were doing homework and chores.
We started on our projects for the days to come. Painting of the Nursery (as well as
some of each other) and gardening and trimming of the bushes.
A break for lunch - you really don't have a chance to loose any weight here. Wonderful
food by a great cook.
After lunch, the boys continued painting. Others created the
ultimate beauty parlor or made bead jewelry. Corbin got his session at the beauty
parlor - he makes a cute girl. |
