Today we got to sleep in - 7.00, if you call that sleeping in.
And it was back to chores. More painting, and painting, homework help, more mice
(boy are they cute), dress up (the girls are cute too), and an ice cream social to
top it all off.
Painting was especially messy again, but we did it!! It was also convenient that
the plumbing broke and flooded another room - therefore, we could paint that one too.
The new mattresses came in - a gift from Bethesda By the Sea. But we got to help
carry and install them - it was great.
The kids did a lot of running around helping in all activities.
Today I met Frances. Plugging away on the computer chatting about homework and boy
friends. She does not have one and I convinced her to wait awhile. I told her boys
were trouble, She seems like a very typical teenager, she probably won't listen. |
