The world is hurting. People
are working harder than ever before and getting less satisfaction
out of life. More families end in divorce. More children go astray.
We have more drug use, more addictions, more pain and more problems.
It’s time to rethink what will get us out of the mess we’ve gotten
ourselves into.
Our answer is the Lord. He is the Lord of compassion and new
beginnings. He solves our problems and heals our wounds. Every day
is a new beginning with Him. And, He is the God of Victory.
Our lives are transformed by our faith in God as He has reveled
Himself uniquely in Jesus Christ, and by our awareness that we do
not yet know Him as well as we are known by Him.
This faith and humility gives us the grace to discover Christ in one
another, as well as in the our own lives.
At the same time, we are bold to proclaim to all the truth of His
love for us in the sending of His Son into the world , to work, to
pray and to give Himself for the Kingdom of God. |
